Shipping, Returns and Tax

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic orders ship ground via UPS, USPS, or other courier. International orders ship DHS. Items have been weighed in ounces and shipping will be based on weight and size.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lucky Devil is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lucky Devil is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase or they will be refused. Altered, worn, or washed garments will not be authorized for return. All items must be in new condition, in original packaging.

Orders shipped outside of the continental united states are non-returnable. Discounted or special rate orders are not eligible for refunds. Altered, worn, or washed garments will not be authorized for return

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on an order you are returning, the cost to ship you the goods initially will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Gift cards are non returnable.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an items worth over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Restocking Fees

Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, store credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 5%. At  we reserve the right not to authorize returns to anyone at any time.

Sales Tax

All orders will have local sales taxes applied where applicable. If you are tax exempt, please contact us so that we can remove the taxes prior to your purchase
